How do I Order?
You can order online on our website or on Zomato and Swiggy. We deliver in Gurgaon, Delhi & Noida.
When will the ice cream be delivered?
Orders for ice cream tubs, chocobars & sorbet popsicles placed on our website will be delivered the same day in Gurgaon. Delhi orders will be delivered the same day if placed before 4pm. Noida orders will be delivered the next day.
Ice cream cakes can be delivered in Gurgaon & Delhi the same day if ordered before 2pm.
If you would like delivery earlier or later, please leave a note at checkout in the section "Add a gift message or leave delivery instructions" or call or Whatsapp +91-8448267829. We will try our best to accommodate requests for early delivery whenever possible.
Should I put the ice cream into a fridge or a freezer?
As soon as you receive it, if you are not planning to have it within 15 minutes, please put the ice cream in the freezer immediately.
Is the ice cream ready to eat when delivered?
Since the ice cream is stored at -26C and may be delivered with dry ice, it will not be ready to scoop or eat when it arrives. Please keep it in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. It depends upon the outside temperature. In winter you could keep it outside at room temperature as well if you wish to enjoy it within 15 minutes.
How long can I keep the ice cream in my freezer?
If your freezer is not opened frequently and has a 100% power backup, the unopened container of ice cream is safe for 6 months. If the ice cream has been opened and put back in the freezer, it is best eaten within 15 days. Ice crystals may form if the container has been opened and not put back into the freezer immediately. This is the reason we offer small tubs of 500 ml each. Open and use as required.
How is my Ice Cream packed for Delivery?
It is packed with dry ice to keep it frozen. We will send you the ice cream in perfect condition in a stay cool pack with dry ice packs.
How should I handle the dry ice?
Please handle the dry ice with great care. We put the dry ice in a separate zip lock bag. Please empty the ziplock bag into the sink with the water running over the dry ice to let it melt. Throw away the zip lock bag. Please don’t touch the dry ice with bare hands.
What if I receive a product the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, you will get a full refund or replacement as you desire.
What if I receive a the product in melted or damaged state?

How do I get my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to your account by the same method you used to pay within 24 to 48 hours.
